We have created rfq to a vendor with various items in it. The control policy on purchase is currently is set on ordered items. However once we create the rfq and process it. We are not able to see the receive products button. Even after making the rfq to a purchase order we still are not able to see the receive products after also creating a vendor bill based on the purchase order.
Kindly assist as to what the issue could be.
Hi,
Check the product type for the products which you have added in the PO. If it is service type, you won't get the receive products button. This could be the possible reason.
