Here’s a basic outline of how to set this up:
1. Create Quality Control Points:
- Go to the Quality app in Odoo.
- Navigate to the Quality Control menu and select Quality Control Points.
- Create a new quality control point for the specific product or process.
- Set the frequency of the quality check (e.g., every 2 hours or twice per shift).
2. Schedule Quality Checks:
- You can set up automated actions to trigger quality checks at your desired intervals. This may involve creating automated actions or scheduled tasks within Odoo to ensure quality checks are prompted at the right times.
3. Use Work Orders:
- If you are using the Manufacturing module, you can integrate quality checks with work orders. This will ensure that quality checks are part of the production workflow.

Have a great day!
Hello, did you get to solve this? I'm looking for a similar solution
Hello Felipe,
We kind of find a solution... We started to use quality worksheet template. With the help of the Odoo studio, you can create a worksheet (quality->settings--> quality worksheet template), but there is not a reminder for a worker to apppear, for example every 2 hours during the shift that he needs to take a measurement.
Below our example for data acquisition of injection moulding parameteres. In theory it works like a digitalized tabel, something like excel sheet. On the top, we have a three shifts for each day (template made for 10 days) and the worker writes in the numbers, date and makes a signature. I think there are also some light conditions that you can set, but I did not test it or anything.
Working in this way can be problematic, because it is difficult to make statistical analysis - time consuming.
Hope I have helped a little.
p.s. I tryed to add a photo but I do not have enought karma points.
Best regards,
Kristjan
Thanks Varspoj I will try this.
