Hi,

I am trying to setup incomming quality checks with worksheets.
I got most of it working. However when I have a order with a quantity of 5 for example for 1 product. it only lets me do the check once. While I want it done for eacht product.

i my quality control point I selected control per quanity. I would think this solves it. But it doesn't seem to change anything.

Kind regards.

Hi,

To ensure a separate quality check is performed for each unit of a product in an incoming shipment, you need to configure the Quality Control Point using the “Control per” option set to “Product” or “Quantity”, depending on the granularity you want. If your goal is to perform one quality check per unit (e.g., five checks for five units), setting “Control per: Product” will trigger a quality check for each item line based on quantity, especially when the product is tracked by serial number. Alternatively, selecting “Control per: Quantity” will allow you to create a separate check for each quantity of a product within the operation (e.g., one check per unit in a quantity of five). This ensures that each unit is inspected individually. For full manual control, you can also go to Quality > Quality Checks, click New, and choose “Product” or “Quantity” in the Control per dropdown when creating the check. Additionally, ensure your product is set to be tracked by serial number, as Odoo inherently associates one quality check per serial unit in such configurations.

Hope it helps.

You should choose the "All" option in the Control Frequency selection. Below is a reference example for your guidance.
