On your product form, set:
- Procurement Method: "Make to Order",
- Supply Method: "Buy"
Don't forget to put at least one supplier on the product.
The scheduler will trigger purchase orders automatically for all products managed in make to order. The scheduler runs every night, but you can launch it manually. If you install the mrp_jit module, the scheduler will launch purchase order in real time (each time a sale order is confirmed)
Another approach is to use minimum stock rules.
And if the product on sale order line is of type « service »? Will it go on the created purchase quotation?
In case first time PO created with 0 amount unite price, second time cost price updated but it not reflect to PO, when all PO initially created with zero unite price without any notification !!!
