Hello everyone! Can someone help me with this?

We're starting to use the products variants and we encountered a problem with the design of the printed version of the purchase order.
For example, when we want to purchase 3 different products, where 2 of them have variants (photo 1) we get the view of table of products with variants and under description of ALL products (photo 2). This can get very confusing and our supplier can count things double, or not notice at all if he will concentrate just on tables.

Can we disable the creation of tables for products with variants? The quotation side looks great - just like we want it to look in the PO.

We are using odoo 13 at the moment.

Thank you for your suggestions.

Hello,

I thinks this comes from the fact that the "variant grid entry" is activated for the purchase and maybe not for the sales. If you want that the view of the PO looks like the one of the SO, just deactivate the option in the settings. It should work.

Let me know if it worked.

Regards,
Diego

Thank you for your help.

It worked! Unfortunately, disabling this option also uninstalled some of our modules, one of them was Customer Reference.

Is there a option to disactivate Variant Grid but keep Customer Reference?

Like i mentioned in the post we are working on odoo 13 but we are planning to switch to odoo 15 in coming days, maybe there will be a solution?

Thank you for any suggestions,
