Hi all
By mistake one of our product has been archived. And disappeared form the product list. This is Ok. But doing a restore on that product does not get it back. How can I get it available for SO and PO and visible in the Product list?

Hi Steve
from the tree view Click on Filters and select the option "Archived"
after opening the product click on "Archived" button to UnArchive it again
It could prevent you to do that if you have any opening session of POS, so if any message telling you that, close the POS session and I will work ISA

By using filter you can do it
go to the tree view filter select active is false and apply (you can able to see all archived products)

Yes I did managed it through the filter "Archived" and doing then a restore.
What is weird is that I did the same but doing the following:
Open an exiting PO containing this product -> Opening the Product PO line -> Opening the Product form -> Restoring the product.
This did not worked
If you have archived this product you will not find it in the PO line :)
you have to activate it again in the product tree view as I mentioned
