Hello,


I want to know when a product is sent back to us for repair, how to put that product in the repair module when it had been sent out from our warehouse stock to the customer? Should I first make a return for the product from customer's location to our warehouse location and then put it in the repair module ? or...?

hello cybrosys i don't see the "create a lot/ serie " option for an article if it has one

Hi,

1. Go to repair module-> create a new one

If you have the Sales Order for the damaged product, you can mention it in the Sale Order field. If the product to be repaired comes from a return order, you can specify it in the Return order field

The location where the product to be repaired is located can be specified in the Location field.
