In X company, when the raw materials have arrived (defined by lot/batch), the raw material quality assurance analyst conducts tests and prepares a report. If the batch passes the quality checks, it can proceed to the manufacturing steps.
Subsequently, a representative from the manufacturing division can provide updates on the product's production status, whether it is in progress, delayed, or already completed. If it is completed, it is ready for quality control at the testing division (which has access to the list of products that have been made. Is it possible to implement these business processes in Odoo and if it's possible, how do I manage it?

Install the quality app. There you can define and set quality check on goods receipt, internal transfers, manufacturing and outbound deliveries.
For goods receipt I would recommend to use to step goods receipt. The goods receipt goes into a storage location with name Quality check. The second step is a transfer from location quality check to "free" storage location. Only stock in the "free" storage location will be available for manuifacturing. When you confirm the internal transfer, you must avoid to confirm the bacth / lot that did not pass the quality check.
For manufacturing you can either set up the quality check to be done during the manufacturing process or the work order. Using work orders and confirm with the tablet view is recommended. The user interface in the work order is very good to use.
Or you can do it similar to goods receipt from external.
All this is standard configuration and master data in Odoo.
Thank you very much for your answers. I would like to ask further. After the manufacturing process, the product is required to go through additional tests, such as cyclic/seismic testing, and prep the reports as well. Where can this be carried out in Odoo? Is it within the same quality module?
Yes. As I wrote you can do the quality check / procedure after manufcatuiring similar to how to do it in goods receipt. Set up the manufacturing process to delivery to quality location. Set it up to create internal transfer to free stock, and you assign quality controls to this internal transfer.
For documentation you set up the QA control to register the result. There are several options in QA module to do this.
