Meanwhile I have handled this issue by creating an automated action that is triggered when an email is added to the outgoing mail queue and sets the status of the mail to "cancel" whenever the mail has a specific subject.

But still thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I'm sure it will help someone else in the future. :)

What you can do in order ton cancel an indesirable email from a flow, if the email has template (16.4 in the example below) : 

1) In the template of the email you want to neutralize, under the email configuration tab, put a "Scheduled Send Date" you'll never reach, as in the example below.

2) Then, under the Settings Tab, enable the "Auto Delete" functionality : 

Normally the email should be neutralized and never reach your recipient before the selected date.

In case the "Email" is actually a notification sent by email, I'm afraid there is no way to cancel it
