Hi, might someone indicate how to set default shop page as website homepage?
Me using Odoo 11 Enterprise.

Hello Laremi,
You can go to website > and click on go to website > content > Edit menu and change shop page as home page as per below screenshot. and save it and refresh it will work.

Me cannot do it, Shop page does not appear in "Manage Your Pages" in order me to set as "home".
That is strange: might you please explain step by step exactly how you got it?
Which Odoo 11 release are you currently using ?

For appearing shop details do install a website_sale module. once you will go to content you can able to edit it and make your preferable home page.

eCommerce has been already installed.
Even so, me cannot display "Shop" in "Manage Your Pages".
Me using: Odoo 11.0+e-20171021 (Versión Enterprise)

Simply you can do it by updating the Homepage URL information in database settings under website info like Homepage URL: /shop

In Odoo 11 the following works :
content->Manage Pages->Settings icon in front of the menu-> Publish Tab-> Toggle home Page field
