Reply: If you want to translate your backend filed and frontend website terms automatically then we have an application Odoo Google Translator that have an feature to translate the backend and website. 

Basically, there is a model "ir.translation" in Odoo, and our module is fully dependent on that model, So it only translate that records of the website which is present in this "ir.translation" model.
