I have 2 accounts where I have setup 2 different smpt microsoft office mail servers in Odoo. Tests to connect with both outgoing mails servers are working fine.

However the first accounts is working perfectly and sending out all mails from odoo, but the second account does not work. It almost looks like the second account is using the smtp connection from the first account.

1. How can I check with Outgoing mail server entry an account is using?
2. How can I link the account to the second smtp server? I hoped it would have been done automatically based on the email adres in the outgoing mail server

Did not got it working correctly in Odoo, but created a workaround in admin.microsoft.com

I gave User A the rights to mail as User B in https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/users

This solved the problem for me.
