Using Manufacturing app of Odoo v16.0 in 2-steps, I need to be able to decrease my stock levels as soon of the components of my Manufacturing Orders are picked from my shelves. However in Odoo standard in seems the both operations of "destructing" the components and "creating" the final products is done at once, when clicking on "Mark as done" button of MOs. Do you have any solutions or clues on how to realize such? I'm able to customize the code or install custom modules.

I rephrase my need with more details, if needed. Basically, I need to distinguish the 2 operations:

• "Pick components" for manufacturing -> it should decrease my stock levels as soon as the products are not on my shelves anymore, i.e. like if the products are consumed by the manufacturing process as soon as they are prepared for it. For now, stock levels only decreases when Finishing the MO. Ideally, I would need the "Pick components" operation to do so, when validated. I thought of changing "Pre-production" zone to an external zone instead of internal one but it only makes a mess in the MO push/pull rules.
• "Production" -> I need to produce final products, but distinguishly than components picking. For now, "Mark as done" button in the MO operates both components' stock levels decreasing and production of final products.

I choosed the 2-steps configurations, but could go back to 1-step since I don't need to follow the "Consumed" quantities of components (for me it's the same than "Picked" quantities). I only need those Consumed-or-Picked quantities applies on stock levels as soon as the preparation Picking is validated.
