I have a many2many field in my model, but I omitted it in the form view definition. Nevertheless, it continues to show up in the form view, regardless if I update or even reinstall the module. Is this an intended behaviour?

The problem gets even nastier because when I remove an inherit BOTH in model and view, this is ignored and I contiune to run into an error "Element <form string="[name-of-no-more-inheriting-form-view]" cannot be located in parent view".
