In Odoo, messages posted to your website can be found in different modules depending on their source. For contact form submissions, navigate to the CRM module under Leads or Opportunities. Live chat messages are located in the Website module under Live Chat Channels. Custom form submissions can be found in the Website module under Form Submissions. Blog comments and discussions are available in the Discuss module under Channels or Inbox. For support or helpdesk requests, check the Helpdesk module under Tickets. Each of these sections allows you to review and manage the various types of messages and inquiries received through your website.
