We are currently looking at using Odoo, but due to financial constraints (exchange rate) we are looking to source local VOIP providers.

We don’t currently support the WebSocket method through the Porta platform.

However, we are trying to work with the customer to source more information from Odoo.

The links shared show how to configure these parameters (SIP & WebSocket URL etc) via the Odoo platform.

Our vendor needs more clarification on what exactly the Odoo platform sending to the remote WebSocket. (Example: Click-to-dial Request)

 

If Odoo can share the exact request, then we can share this with our vendor.
