Hello everyone! 

In the 16.0 version of the recruitment app, you can indeed perform these searches. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Recruitment App.
2. Click on "Applications" to view all the applications, or navigate to a specific job position's applications if you want to filter them by position.
3. In the search bar, enter the keyword you're looking for within the attachments of the applicants.
4. Click on the "Search Attachments for:" option.

This way, you can efficiently search for applicants based on the content of their attachments.

Result: Odoo found who has "Client" in its CV.
