I am talking with a herbal extracts company about odoo.  I am unsure as to handle their manufacturing operations.  They take raw plants like rosemary and make tinctures to bottle or add to soaps and such.  When they soak a plant to extract the tincture they are unsure of how much they will get.  The only fixed number for items is the raw plant material.  This requires x amount of alcohol and will produce an unknown amount to be recorded.

For example:

1lb Rosemary needs 10oz alcohol and makes 1oz of tincture

1lb Rosemary needs 10oz alcohol and makes 1.5oz of tincture
