This is about trimming Emails in Chatter. When a client has replied to a previous message this previous message is usually in his email below. For a clean chatter the previous messages inside the email should be hidden. Trimming seems to exist in Odoo V17. In some cases there is "Read more". But in many cases this does not work and in many cases incorrectly. Gmail usually does it very good ("Show trimmed content"). How can Odoo be configured or updated so that trimming Emails works correctly?
