In my warehouse, I set up a location for customer A and customer B. When I creating a sales order, I hope to ship from warehouse A when the customer is A, and from warehouse B when the customer is B. Now the default is the general warehouse, how to set the Source Location ?

You can set default based on condition on sales order. If you have too many records for set default then you can do it from back end as well from Setting >> Technical >> Actions >> User-defined Defaults.
