When a user copy and paste a restricted url(an odoo view) directly to browser, the user get access to it. Add security groups to the related action or view doesn't work in this particular case. This is for Odoo 14

You have to define access to the model, not views/menus. So whenever any user tries to access records via URL will get restricted.
