Please I need help on how to edit a PO already confirmed in Odoo 14.
Some line items have lower prices, for instance, a product's actual cost is 50, but 60 was entered and confirmed.
I need to edit the price to carry the 50 actual price
As long as you change the price before you Validate the delivery, you can change the price without any concern, and the price when you validate will be the one used in accounting.
Just click on edit and change any values (including quanities) on the PO lines. You will then have to manually update the price in the product template page if you want to set the new price as a persisting price for future POs.

The delivery had been done and an invoice was generated.
but payment has not been made
is there a way to edit the order?
or do I have to cancel the order and re-enter
This is a tricky question, and I'm afraid I haven't solved that one out yet (whey the delivery has been made). Check this other post on how to do it, even tho for future cases I would try making the vendor confirm prices before they deliver anything, so you don't end up with this confusing situation...

It does not matter it is confirmed. You click on edit, change the price and click save. The changes are going to appear on the chatter.
