I create the supplier but I don't know how to delete the supplier.

If you did any operation with this supplier, then you cant simple delete it.
You can just untick the Active checkbox in Sales&Purchase Tab of Supplier.
Otherwise you can delete the supplier by the above answer.

It is preferable not to delete master records from database. Make it inactive.

You have to log in as admin user (UID=1) to delete the partners. otherwise access error will be showed.
I tried Omal, but i cant delete a partner(who involved any one of the activity)
Can you show us the error you are getting?
Integrity Error. The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following:-deletion:you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it -creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set [object with reference: Invoice-account.invoice]
when u create the supplier that record shows in tree view (hope u r using ver 7) then select ur supplier (whom u want to delete)
