Hello,
I would like to customize the Profit and Loss report format, specifically under “Less Operating Expenses.”
Currently, the report groups expenses based on the account type, but in my Chart of Accounts I have many expense accounts that are already organized by Account Groups.
I would like the Profit & Loss report to display the expenses grouped by Account Group, instead of grouping them all together by account type.
Could you please guide me on how to configure or customize the P&L report so that “Less Operating Expenses” uses Group By → account group (not account type)?
