Dear all,
We ave BOMs for products we manufacture, with all costs loaded in the system for all materials, but the system does not calculate the costs of the products. Why? Anyone who has the same issue?
Regards
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:

We found that setting the Inventory Valuation field to 'Automated' made Odoo calculate the cost price of manufactured products correctly (from then on). We're using the Average Cost valuation method.
If you haven't seen these options, they're defined under the settings for the inventory product category.
👍👍👍
Keep in mind that cost of product does not update until a delivery is made (means after sales + delivery). So if you add landed cost you can see it in the stock valuation but this is not added to the cost of product until a delivery is made. This is far too late.
