The person has to work from 8am to 12pm.
Employee tolerance 15 min: if he arrives until 8.15 am, no problem, he leaves at 12 noon, it is good for the 4 hours.
Employer's 15 minute tolerance: if he arrives between 7.45 and 8am and works until 12pm, it will be written 4 hours.
