Hello,


I've tried to change the information shown in the layout for documents (say for my sale order form) in the Settings > General  area, but the text always has line spacing between each line.  If I use the "/" command and select a list, then it will have a bullet or number.  So how can I modify the company details without having the extra line spacing?

Hi Jane: Use Shift+Enter to create a new line without the extra line spacing.

Oooo! I'll try that. The Helpdesk staff also confirmed that if I use my text editor in plain text and copy it over it work, but I'll definitely try that. Does that apply for macOS as well?

Hi Jane: This key combination works on Windows. Not sure about the mac.
