To make a payment gateway the default option in Odoo, your company must develop the gateway integration module and then submit a request for inclusion in the enterprise version or discuss integration in the open source (community) process with Odoo development.. It is not possible to simply define it as a standard, it is a process that requires collaboration and development.

There’s no default Odoo feature that lets you set your payment provider as a built-in option. By default, Odoo only ships with a few officially supported acquirers (like PayPal, Stripe, Adyen). If you want your provider to be included as a native/default option in Community or Enterprise, it requires a partnership and technical agreement with Odoo SA. Otherwise, the only way is through your own customization or App Store module, which makes it available to customers but not pre-installed by Odoo.
