How can I delete or cancel cash registers Odoo 10

Question

I can't delete cash registers because I must cancel it  to delete the related accounting notes first.
Somebody could show me how to do that?

I dont have thé Odoo 10 but Do you actívate “advanced accounting” or “full accounting capabilities” on admin settings/user/Edit,
you must clic on thé option, after or that you can see all the options for accounting.
And after you can follow the comment of "vishalratani".
Journal -> Configuration->Accounting->Journals-> Allow Cancelling Entries on the particular Journal

Looks like you want to undo some cash transactions. If so, have you first allowed for cancellation of entries on your Journal -> Configuration->Accounting->Journals-> Allow Cancelling Entries on the particular Journal?
