I'm using Helpdesk. I have a company and its associated contacts. Sometimes I provide support and log the ticket under the company, and other times under the contact associated with the company.

I would like to be able to set up a search that groups the tickets from the companies and their associated contacts, similar to what appears in the smart button of the Contacts module within the company (it shows me the number of tickets for that company, whether they are directly linked to the company account or to an associated contact).
