odoo 18 when updating the Hebrew language in community version for odoo 18 the interface is not changing to be from right to left as it should be
but it is working fine in enterprise version.
what to do?

Seems to be working fine in runbot.
Ensure you're on the latest source.

According to OP there seems to have been a bug in Odoo Community that got fixed by Odoo; So, latest source and the npm package mentioned below should do the trick for future readers (also, apparently I've missed the note saying "but it is working fine in enterprise version" sorry for that one)
