I am looking in linking or referencing the SO or MO that was generated of the ordering rule of Manufacture when a SO is created for the given product.
I want to trace the original SO from mrp production order.
usually we get the source like

but i want sale order id in mo
Hi, but as i understand, you use reordering rules. So in this case MO is generated from one/two or several SO. or can be generated without SO at all if your min/max at starting position will 0.
So if you use MTO, it will normally create source (SO in your case).
