I managed to import my old data from other accounting program through excel as journal entries, I have data from 2015 till date all my balances are correct, my issue with the general ledger showing all years transaction even if i filtered the years ( the balance is correct only debit credit showing accumulated balances not only the selected period ), as example bank will show debit 10000 credit 5000 while the transactions in 2023 only debit 2000 credit 1500.

is this normal in odoo or i have something wrong?
