Hi

We are very new to Odoo and wondering if it is possible to categorize or tag "Log Notes". Our team records all communications with our customers and vendors and need to reference them every regularly. If our AR person is trying to make a decision on whether to extend a customer's terms they want to be able to pull up a customers profile, search for say all log notes tagged with "Accounting" and read the relevant notes to make their decisions.

They won't necessarily want to read notes marked as "Sales" or "Shipping" or "Warranty". 

Appreciate some guidance on how we can best set this up.
