service.py is inside the folder models and service.xml is inside the folder views.

Hi,
The error says the model that you have used in the views is missing in the db:  models.service , as i can see that you have defined the model, just ensure you have restarted the odoo service after adding the model and also ensure the python files are imported in the init file.

* Ensure python file is imported in init
* Restart the service
* Upgrade the module

Can You justify the version of odoo in which version you trying to do this?? 

And the error in your menuitem's parent





I have changes the parent and issue got resolved

Note: Put 'base' on depends and add model_id,name in ir.model.access.csv file
