i'm using odoo in ios app ipad and printer Epson Tm-T30III 112 but printer is not working with app and browser in ipad but printer is working in desktop can you help me...


Printing failed


The printer was successfully reached, but it wasn't able to print.

The following error code was given by the printer:

Not found, the printer is not reachable

Yes this is ssl problem please install ssl on iPad

can you help me?, generated the certificate on the printer and installed it on the iPads, and added it as a trusted certificate, but it keeps giving me the error.

To resolve this, you will need to:

Generate an SSL certificate for the printer.
Export the certificate.
Import the certificate into the browser or device (OS) you are using to access the printer.
Restart your browser and device after the certificate is imported.
Note: The certificate import process varies depending on your operating system (Windows, Linux, macOS, etc.).
