Hello!
What is the proper way to log send emails to contacts? I used to have Insightly CRM and in that, years ago, the method was this:
Create email
add sender email
add receiver email
add BCC and type special email of your CRM account
Type MESSAGE
By sending that BCC to assigned email linked to your CRM that would log the proper email to customer activities and email logs. Do you have some similar system? I like not to use your build in SEND MESSAGES feature. I believe send normal emails creates better results.
Also another thing! I like to set my Contact view to LIST. Would you have a solution?
I use odoo.com versio of Odoo.
