Please I need help for, edit format of tiquet in tpv

you must edit .../openerp/addons/point_of_sale/static/src/pos.xml and then reinstall the module POS, so the module reload the xml and aplly the changes
maybe in another place are the values of the xml charged, if we find that place we can edit the ticke without reintall the module :)
