I have a bank accounts with USD currency i want to inter transfer to Other Chinese Yuan Cash account, but i want to transfer based on the currency rate my actual bank gave me which differs from the odoo system one also to exclude transfer fees, i used to do it in previous odoo versions using add New Bank statment then reconcile it with the outstanding payment, but its seems the old Add New bank statement is gone with odoo 15.
