I have datalogic Magellan 8400 model scanner and scale device. I connected posbox to this protocol

This protocol working scale, but not working scanner. Because my scale and scanner device has to two com port out. And I cannot separate the interface. The scanner and scale cannot work through different interfaces.

For example, when set to RS232 both sets of data come out of one or two rs232 cables. When I change interface protocol rs232 to USB, not working scale, just working the scanner.
