I have configured my odoo13 on pycharm version 2020. But today I'm stuck with the creation of a database on the web browser.
I have to go to the web browser and get the following error message:
"Database creation error: relation "ir_model" does not exist LIGNE 1 : SELECT * FROM ir_model WHERE state='manual' ^ "
What should I do to fix it?

I'm facing same issue with odoo15 installation.
Me too. Same thing. Most recent odoo and Debian 11. I’ve posted this problem before but nobody has any help. have you figured this out. Please reply if you have.
