we are an e-commerce company and planning to start with odoo. we have to know from experienced odoo user which will be more helpful for our business for answering emails from customer.
Most e-Mails we receive from new and existing customer are question to out products and our services. Some customer are also asking for proposals or sending orders direct via e-mail.
So I need your help for difference between helpdesk and crm and what you will suggest us?
