I have employees who is working, and getting paid per hour. Since they have no set hours to work per day / month, Their leave is calculated based on 1 hour leave for every 17 hours worked. Once they have accumulated 8 leave hours this will then be counted as 1 day. How do I set this accrual plan up. I am using Odoo online. Seems that no matter how I try to configure it, in my allocation it shows all employees as 0 hours / days due
