I need to create documents from forms my clients complete on the website from a blend of fields and custom fields I created in Contacts. Most of the fields needed for the forms are located in Tabs below the contact information card. How can I create a document by either:
- Adding the fields to an uploaded PDF?
- Creating a report from the online forms' fields? OR
- Some method I haven't considered?
I am NOT coding, but I will I have to.
