Good morning. I need to create a sales advisor to add to the client I created, but when I create it, it registers as a system user, and the company only has access to one user. What should I do to make sure it remains only as a sales advisor and doesn’t affect anything else?

What is the function of a sales advisor? How is this user supposed to be using the system and for what?

Hello. It’s an external salesperson who does not access Odoo, but we still need to track sales in Odoo. Is there no other way to do it?

Hi,
If the user need to access the system (ie, odoo backend), the user has to be a user which is counted in license.

If you dont want a user, ask him to prepare a sheet and let him share with you and you can import into system.
