We are a roofing company and have only a couple of workflows. We are implementing Odoo 17 and want to get some feedback about the different modules and forms and how they are best used for what we do.
Contacts - Every job we sign and build starts with a person. This is straightforward, however inside the Contact card is a sub-module called Opportunities. It looks like this is a Sales Lead pipeline. We created a workflow inside the Opportunities that goes: New>Qualified>Proposition (would this be a Quotation?)> Won> Production> Invoice >Collections > Follow up. This seems like we might have gone overboard on detail for an "Opportunities" sub-module within the Contacts Module. Wouldnt this workflow end and be moved to the Sales Module once the Sales Lead was moved to Quotation?
