When i try to update the order qty of confirmed and partially delivered Sale order it is creating the grn for the product automatically can some one tell me what is the issue or any one faced this before i am using odoo 17 enterprise edition

I hope GRN Based on PO only. If you deliver the partial product to your customer. it will shows you to create a back order. If you like to track the delivery's with stock movements you can create a back order and validate it later.
if you don't want to create the for inventory movements. Just click on No Backorder button. and deliver the qty later with the same delivery order.
