We have installed fresh as well from docker both on different servers we tried the same with odoo 19 as well but the same issue persist.

In Odoo 18 Community, if the company logo, name, address, or footer do not appear on quotations and invoices even after updating the Document Layout, the issue is usually linked to missing or misconfigured company information, cached layouts, or customized templates.

First, check the Company Settings under Settings → Companies and make sure the logo, company name, address, contact details, and footer are filled in. Updating only the Document Layout is not enough if the base company record itself is incomplete. After saving, refresh Odoo or clear the browser cache, as older layouts may remain cached.

Next, verify the report templates. In the Community edition, QWeb templates control how headers and footers are displayed. If templates such as external_layout_standard were customized or overridden, they may no longer display the company information. You can check this under Developer Mode → Technical → Reports → QWeb Views.

If nothing shows, try resetting the document layout from Settings → Document Layout → Reset Layout. This often reloads company information into the layout. If the problem persists, you may need to manually fix the QWeb template by restoring or re-adding the placeholders for company details and footer text in the external_layout_standard view.

In short, make sure the company data is fully updated, clear any cached layouts, and confirm that the report templates are intact. Resetting the layout usually resolves the issue, but if the templates were modified, restoring the default QWeb code may be necessary.
