Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue in Odoo with one of the users. Although there are job positions listed in the recruitment app, this particular user cannot view them. I've reviewed the user's permissions, and everything appears to be in order.

Everything seems to be set up correctly. Is there something I might be overlooking? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. 

Already check if the user is in Selection Process group, also check for the record rules. I´m using Odoo Online 16.0.
