in multi company the sequence is SO001, SO002, SO003 and so, but one company have the number SO001 and other can have SO002, How can I have a private sequence by company like SO001,SO002,SO003 for each company, like account_invoice sequence.

Ok, is basic, when you are in multicompany go to settings > sequence & identifiers > sequence, then create a sequence for each company like the one is for default, change the code, the next number.
